Payment Information
ALL payments must be sent through our new payment provider WISE using this link.
You will need to sign up for a Wise account but you shouldn't have to link your bank account to send money. If you are having difficulties and have gone through the info provided including the troubleshooting details below please email us at info@austintattooinvitational.com.
Payments will be sent to the account name “Cliff Colon” and MUST BE in US Dollars. If you are sending money internationally make sure to select USD in the amount that “Cliff gets” and that the amount “Cliff gets” is for the full amount due. If you are sending in the “Same currency” make sure to select that tab. Details are shown in image below.
IMPORTANT, you are responsible for all fees to send in your payment. We chose Wise as a payment provider because of the low fees for Artists around the world! Please note, if you use a third-party payment sender through Wise (i.e. Apple Pay) they often take a fee off of the amount that you send AFTER you have sent in your payment so then your payment will NOT be in full. Please be aware of this before sending your payment and send the correct amount taking this into account (Apple Pay is around 1.6-2%). This will save us from having to follow up with you for an additional payment amount.
TROUBLESHOOTING/Tips:
Please follow the steps below if you are receiving a “Failed to validate recaptcha” error or for more details on how to send your payment(s).
Step 1: Open this link in a new browser window.
Step 2: Click on the “Open an account” button
Step 3: Fill out all of the details to create an account.
Step 4: Once your account details have been filled out, click the “Send” button under the “Account” heading.
Step 5: Choose how you would like to pay. The Debit card option tends to be the quickest but the Connected bank account (ACH) is the cheapest option but requires you to connect your bank account. We’re going to go through the Debit card option below. Please note, you are responsible for the fees to send in your payment so please choose the payment method with this in mind.
Step 6: Select if the transfer is International or the Same currency and enter the amount you want to transfer and click Continue. Please make sure that the amount that ATI will receive is for the full amount owing (i.e. $350).
Step 7: Enter in the following email into the Who’s your new recipient? field: info@austintattooinvitational.com. You should see the following account display. Go ahead and click the “Cliff Colon” to continue.
Step 8: Confirm the amount you want to send and accept the terms below and click Continue to payment.
Step 9: Enter in your card details and click the Pay button and the bottom to send your payment.
Once your payment is send a notification will be send to ATI and one of our coordinators will email you back to confirm!
