pre-show information
ALL artists and vendors must check in at the front of the building before offloading any of their equipment in order to pickup their badges and wristbands.
artist registration and loadin times will be on the following schedule:
Thursday, Sept 3 : 5pm - 8pm &
Friday, Sept 4 : 9am - 12pm

each artist must check in at the registration desk to receive their credentials. credentials for artists will not be given to vendors or fellow artists to handle.
upon checkin each artist will receive one artist badge and one assistant wristband upon request. extra badges will not be allowed and clients are not considered assistants.
once checked in, artists carrying equipment will be allowed to enter through the front doors. due to events center rules, rolling dollies and carts will not be allowed through the front door so we ask that you use the loading dock for anything rolling in after you have checked in
Access to both the entrance circle and loading dock is limited to 15 minutes intervals to keep the area clear for others to unload, after which you will need a parking pass in order to keep your vehicle in the loading area.

there are 40 parking spots available in the loading area with the purchase of a parking pass. this parking pass will allow you to load in and leave your vehicle in one of the approved parking spots in the loading area with in and out privileges. not only will you have easy access to your vehicle, it will make load in and load out a breeze for you. you can purchase your parking pass for $45 at the following link:
paid parking is available at the event center via the parking garage near the main entrance. this parking garage is available through the events center and has a daily cost.

pre party at aussie’s!
we invite you all to come by aussie’s grill & beach bar on thursday september 3 starting at 9pm for some preshow hangs! meet up with the friends you haven’t seen in a while and meet some of the other artists that will be at the show all weekend long! the kitchen and bar will be open and they are expecting alot of us in attendance.

day of show
load in time through the loading dock ends at 12pm on Friday sept 3 so we can complete the floor setup prior to opening the show at 2pm.
wristbands must be worn at all times and visible upon entry to the show floor. only artists will receive artist wristbands, which grants access to the special artist area all weekend long.
clients with paid entry to the show will be allowed inside the show prior to the show opening upon the artist’s request. we will not allow wristband entry unless an artist is there to request their entry. artists will be allowed to begin tattooing once they are ready.
at 1:00pm, our openeing ceremony featuring andy pho will commence. we encourage everyone to come to the stage and participate in the breathwork ceremony.
The show floor closes promptly at 10:30pm on Friday and Saturday, and 8:00pm on sunday. At the conclusion of each day, you will be expected to respectfully suspend any ongoing sessions and kindly exit the venue for the day. Start as early as you want in order to give yourself plenty of time to complete your sessions.
